WTF at the Wii sales? Could all the doom and gloom be true? It's actually lower than the April 2007 sales, but without a shortage to blame it on (I don't know how many weeks were in April 2007 and how many were in April 2009, so the comparison may be off quite a bit.) The 360 seems to have sales consistent with previous Aprils, and I just noticed how low the PS3 was.

Ha, we're back to a point where the Japanese difference twixt the HD twins handsomely compensates for the NA difference (quite comfortably exceeds it in this case, I think).

That's usually only the case when PS3 is doing reasonably well in NA.

But it's not. Not at all. So that's probably a bad sign for the market generally (or at least the HD market) :|

Hopefully that PS3 slim deal is good. The PS3 is picking up some great games as of late. Maybe its that new people looking for a system catch up and get the back log of old 360 games combined with new. Like I have friends who finally get 360's and go back and get both Gears, Halo ect. Maybe things won't change unless the PS3 gets a better overall library. But can that happen? I'm no psychic.
