Except for the cheese, it sounds like a fairly boring, standard dessert. Even the cheddar cheese inclusion isn't weird if you consider that many Americans eat their pie with a slice of cheese on top.

I think that's usually only apple pie.

Incidentally, an apple pizza similar to this (swapping out the marshmallows/almonds for apple I guess) would probably work way better with that cheddar crust.
