On a modern PC you can just pick it up on sale and then run it at 4K, but you'll have to deal with it's 1,002 FPS cap.
Then install the updated texture and lighting mods.

Yeah but based on that link it seems like the PC version suffers from 'constant stuttering'.
A modern console re-release would likely not have that. Or hell, even an enhanced BC version.
