It is, even when the words are in Irish, which I don't understand. I love the mix of ethereal Celtic mysticism and the 80's FM synth sounds, that was their core sound back in the day.

Agreed. I would especially go through phases of musical interest when I was younger, and the early 2000s was a heavy Irish folk phase for me. So moving and solemn. Though I also don't have a Celtic vocabulary, I didn't need one to fully understand the pain and celebration in so many of those beautiful songs.

The guitar picking and chordwork reminds me a lot of Interpol with a touch of Sheryl Crow muted and mixed into their sound. Well crafted.

You probably already know this and probably know more about them than I do. But just making sure you knew Yukari changed her name to Aseul and has multiple crazy good albums.

Well my advice is to take it 1 album every 2 weeks maybe lol. It is possible to blow through albums too quick and they're all pretty solid! Not perfect but very consistently really good. I honestly don't know if anyone even knows lol. This second video has 9.6k views.
