Meaning they likely have no clue of any of their sexual history, diseases, etc. I'm sure the price if one drink is less than the costs incurred to deal with some potential sexual ailment. It really isn't a rational decision...

That's a cherry pick out of that article. And two, it took two seconds to find. Im not saying SHE has a problem (sort of like if someone took a pic of me drunk one night out of 6 months and then posted Im an alcoholic), but it can POTENTIALLY be a sign of other issues. Come on psych student.

Then give me well researched, modern studies that aren't clouded with sexism and Freudian repression and i'll take what you're saying into account. How do you know that's a cherry pick? Did you bother to read the article yet?


You seem to suggest that, generally, the primary motivation for such "promiscuity" has mainly to do with innate intense sexual drive, combined with a low extrinsic motivation for social acceptance or "honor."

It is, though, ironic that you immediately jump to mental illness... are questioned in your leap of logic, give two articles as 'proof' and the very first article derides linking sexual promiscuity in young women to mental illness.

I'm pretty sure that's ironic.
