Okay guys, I'm level 61, with the following stats (skill build, want to use burial blade):
Vit 30
End 30
Str 9
Skl 25
Bld 7
Arc 10


What should I be dumping into next? I was gonna get End to 40 and Arc to 15 for Teleport and Magic Weapon but I'm stumped after that.

Depends. If you want to use it for pvp you'd probably want to get vit to around 50

Okay, what about Skl? Should I raise it above the soft cap or just stick with 25?

So i wasn't suppose to reach old yarnham yet? I got to the part where

then i turned back since i remembered i had to open that gate with the hunters key. I then found a whole new area i would of missed, found the boss VA, can't beat her, so i found two more areas to the left and right that i can't decide to explore. lol. There's so many areas to choose from. Does it matter what i do first? Do i have to kill VA?

I was doing fine with pacing up until this point.

No not him, but he's very close to the enemy I'm talking about. Go into the corner of that "room" and you should find another enemy type. Like basically keep hugging the right wall as you exit the Cathedral and go around the wagon thing (kill the cane guy) and keep going into the corner.

So I did it and ran into 3 crows. I guess I didn't get him to spawn or am I just being an idiot?

besides, the ending without killing him is better than killing him without the umbilical cords

I disagree if you have to confront a boss

then you have confronted the boss and it counts as a boss.

On the other hand I found it to be a fascinating end game mechanic that

If you're able to buy the lightning/fire-buff items, then you should buy 99 of both. You can never be wrong buying those items!

The fire and bolt paper for more damage against bosses

Like the normal shop, this shop items depends on what badges you have from mainly optional Bosses. After BSB boss you can get the Radiant Sword Hunter Badge that unlocks Fire Paper I think, and D

Im doing the same. I've gotten invaded 4 times in ten minutes. It's not really conducive to me exploring the area.

Doing the Ailing Loran Chalice .. well, actually, I just finished it, but while I got the last weapon for the weapon achievo, I didn't find the supposed lvl 15 blood gem for the blood gem master achivement :O Is this a random drop? Should I just be farming?

Also, for people who have done Defiled. I'm level 160, is that about good enough to tackle things and just have it be hair-rippingly hard instead of impossible
