Red Pill is essentially a group of MRAs that have "taken the red pill", which to them means realizing that men are discriminated against in society just for being men on a large scale. They often try and lure people in with issues that actually do affect men, but then slowly pull you in to believe a bunch of insane nonsense.

There is an entire subreddit dedicated to this.
