I can't speak for everyone else, but for me I'm a Liverpool fan. What he did to Salah should have got his ass suspended for the World Cup, but I suppose Spain's sheer incompetence got that covered pretty good.

Never underestimate the host country. It's actually one of the few things that I don't enjoy about the World Cup. Things always seem to fall conveniently in the hosts favor, more than what ought to happen realistically, imo.

Good try all things considered but Mexico lacked the coaching to deal with the current Brazilian team. Mexico rightly took chances and were able to stave away the Brazilian counter-attacks but in return often ran out of runway room or crossed into midfield to... nobody else but Brazilian players. Without proper leadership, players had to try to make plays on field that they couldn't see or sense.
This is a good Brazilian team, fast on the offense and defense with great depth so if there was a team to lose to, Mexico lost to a team that is looking like they're the #1 team of the tournament.
Neymar can get bent though. Neymar and Suarez are skilled players but both make it look like they're getting hit by snipers on field only to run just fine minutes later.

Belgium not looking to be a challenge for Brazil at this rate. Japan is clearly outclassed but Belgium can't seal the deal and almost pulled an England with nearly conceding that goal there, though not sure if offside.
I can only imagine what Brazil would be thinking if they were to face Japan instead.
