Will Xbox Series X fit in your entertainment centre?

Yes. I'm living the suburb life and have all consoles on shelves from NES to Ps4 pro.

Thank god i bought a house with double front doors. I'd hate to have to knock a wall down just to get a fucking console into the living room.
Agreed, why is no one talking about the extra cost of having to rent a forklift to get the damn thing into the house. Not all of us have those lying around. How will casuals respond? This thing is DOA

Laying down yeah but I might have it standing by my TV possibly behind it since that's space not used anyway. Or might put to the side somewhere or on top of my stereo receiver. I'm able to shift things around and I think with this design its able to fit in more places.

Evil Boris made this comparison that is excellent.

Vertically... mmmh, maybe on a nearby shelf or on the floor. It could take the space of my PS3 on the bottom shelf to the right of my Denon AVR (trusty good ol’ X2300W), but I am lucky as it would have space to its right to push heat out and space on the other side to suck cooler air in. I would be kind of concerned for the weight put on that glass shelf though...

Hopefully, it does not have a vent in the back to suck cool air from as ALL other devices will be pushing hot air in that direction and the XSX will be sucking in hotter air than it should.

Horizontally, the box is not in its optimal heat dissipating condition (vent will need to do more work), which would be with the console standing straight up, and if you have another device right next to it you will have the XSX kind of blocked and blowing hot air against it which is not ideal.

Nope I live in 30m^2 flat so I've custom made furniture to maximize space usage and the shelf for consoles is made to be big enought for Switch with few cm spare for ventilation.
I could put it just under tv but that space is calculated for soundbar and upgrade to 55" OLED in the future and nothing else.

I'd have to connect it to my pc monitor but what's the point then ?

No problem. For people without enough space, Microsoft has the right product at hand: Xbox XCloud

Why would you even choose to live in a house that doesn't have a big enough entertainment center for this thing? They already have a product for you - it's called the Xbox 360

What minecraft block type is this made out of? I know I need 2 to make it, but where do I find them - do I need to craft them first?

Not sure if serious thread but answer is yes and it will be sitting upright like my current GoW5 LE is.

Yes? That said, I'm not sure what you define as "entertainment centre". I have plenty of space within reach of my gaming tv.

Horizontally, yes. Having it vertical would be really cool, but I just don’t think I can do that with my current setup.

No, I don't think it would. If I decided on getting it I would need to sit it off to the side. I have no plans on buying one though unless something major changes.
