As for ResetEra, the litmus test the zealots won't likely ever face up to is this:
Can they think of any criticism, any at all, of Trans ideology they'd accept as non-transphobic?

To them even if you want the vey possible best for trans people but are nonetheless critical of the ideology for reasons of principle, you are showing irrational fear or disdain for Trans folks.

This is categorically false and, in fact, slanderous.

I guess by contract they can't openly shit on her, so they mention that everything is done with her blessing and she is still at the helm of the franchise, for better or worse. Or maybe they finally realised that Twitter is the minority extremist opinion, and they don't really need to pander to them.

Like everything not directly written by her, it's licensed and approved with her agreement, and has specific rules she set on what they can and can't do, but beyond that she's not involved.

It's like the Cursed Child play basically.

She gets a nice big royalty cheque and the creators get to play in her universe, but while her work is canon with it, it's not canon actually within her work.

About the game, It's looking great! I'm not sure I'm much of a HP fan anymore, it's been too many years, but depending on quality I'll buy it.

It's my teenage game dream come true, too bad it's 10 years too late.

Amen! I love how triggered they are currently. Imagine letting politics getting in the way of EVERY game buying decision you have. Face it, almost every game as an alt-right, far left, racist, homophobic, Trump loving or in this case TERF dev team member. Fuck all that, I want my games.

The game is looking really good. I have some concerns about the studio responsible for it but it will definitely be on my radar. Seems like a Harry Potter fan dream game.

This is the kind of HP game I've been waiting for for a long time! New student, character customization, choose your house, RPG, the ability to explore all of Hogwarts etc.

Weird that it took them until now to do a game like this. People have been asking for something like this forever.

I wonder if it has something like Persona's social link system, along with fixed daily schedules. I can't wait to seduce all my female co-students, lol.

I am excited as heck for this game. All the hate that ERA is giving it right now is fueling my hype even more.

The HP universe is up there for me with Star Wars and LOTR. The fact that this game takes place in a different time just makes it more exciting as we get to see things without the attachment of the original cast.

Looks great and really nailed the experiences from the movies into its own story/timeline I think. My kids will be wanting to play this alright, I'll check it out right along with them.

Did anyone else notice the framerate in the gameplay footage dropped to shit, and also there was an obvious cut between 2 totally different clips in what was shown?

This game is still a long ways out.

But it looks like it'll be great for the fans and for people that just want a very polished fun game.
