Terra Field was reinstated to her job at Netflix after the company found "no ill-intent" in her decision to attend a closed-door meeting.

A Netflix worker who went viral for bashing the streaming service’s new Dave Chappelle special was reinstated on Tuesday.

Terra Field, who is trans, had been suspended for allegedly attending a quarterly meeting for directors and vice presidents.

“Netflix has reinstated me after finding there was no ill-intent in my attending the (Quarterly Business Review) meeting,” Field tweeted. “I’m going to take a few days off to decompress and try to figure out where I’m at. At the very least, I feel vindicated.”

Field included a screenshot of a statement from the company documenting the reinstatement.

“Our investigation did not find that you joined the QBR meeting with any ill intent and that you genuinely didn’t think there was anything wrong with seeking access to this meeting,” the statement reads. “Additionally when a Director shared the link it further supported that this was a meeting that you could attend.”

A Netflix spokesperson confirmed the reinstatement and told The Post the suspension had nothing to do with Field’s tweets about Chappelle’s “The Closer.”

Two other employees suspended for the same issue have also been reinstated and Netflix “will be distributing broader guidance about meetings and clarifying which are for which people,” the spokesperson said.

The company had denied a day earlier that it suspended anyone for tweeting about the show.

“Our employees are encouraged to disagree openly and we support their right to do so,” the spokesman said.

Field had criticized the Chappelle special in a series of tweets after the special was posted Oct. 5.

“We launched another Chappelle special where he attacks the trans community, and the very validity of transness — all while trying to pit us against other marginalized groups,” Field said.

Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos stood by the special in an email to employees after the controversy, citing “artistic freedom” and saying the company wouldn’t remove the controversial but popular comedy from its service.

Chappelle responded to the controversy during an appearance at the Hollywood Bowl.

“If this is what being canceled is about, I love it,” he said.

Jesus Christ. What a whiny cunt. Chappelle has made a career out of basically shitting on everyone. Nobody is safe, and no other minorities or groups in society take offence the way the trans lobby do. I'd have a lot more time for the them if they weren't such pissy little fucking moaners all the time - whenever someone so much as mildly disagrees with what they think, or has the temerity to take the piss out of them. Pick your fucking battles a little more maturely and maybe more people will come over to your side.

She will probably blame all the ire that is coming her way on transphobia, when in reality people are just mad they she tried to take advantage of her position at Netflix to get a comedian cancelled.
Whenever I see phrases such as this,
I’m going to take a few days off to decompress
Along with "problematic" ... that is a huge red flag of the mental makeup and their emotional indoctrination.

Such a comfortable and privileged society, this.

No surprise it's a purpled hair weirdo. And she should be on her knees licking every smelly asshole at work for giving her her job back because every other company would fire her and leave it at that.

It comes down to professionalism. Not everyone likes what they see at work.

But for some reason, these loud multi-coloured haired people have a knack for acting wild at work or social media. The hair alone screams me me me, so thats already a sign. Stereotypes fit sometimes.

When people like this constantly complain about "privilege", yet end up benefitting from it the most.

Most normal people would have been fired for pulling the crap they did at work. But because they checked the right boxes (and because their internal "Diversity Equity Inclusion" racket probably had their back), they get off scot free.

And yeah, the stereotype fits to a T. Smart businesses that actually want to be productive or make great things should avoid them like the plague they are.

Not going to happen... the ego and narcissisms grow as they enable this behavior.

Exhibit A:
At the very least, I feel vindicated.
Stomp your feet with false emotions, temper tantrums, get rewarded.

What really irritates me about the whole situation is that Chappelle even said exactly what would happen. He anticipated this backlash and now he has been proven right.

What's up with all special protections for trans-people? Why are they above comedy? The black community would love some of the protection they get. (something Chappelle rightfully pointed out in his special lol)

Thank you for summing it up for me.

On a side note: WTF is with these people freaking out over the latest special? I watched the entire thing, and I consider myself a feminist/socially progressive/inclusive person... I didn't disagree with anything he said the entire time. And if I *did* it was shit that was an obvious joke to begin with.

The resemblance is uncanny

While she is in the wrong for a shitty opinion, getting fired for attending a meeting you were given an invite link to is ridiculous so I support her keeping her job

The way they talked about it originally was like she stormed into a room where a meeting was occurring

And many of them wonder why people think they are weird, dont get promoted to better jobs, and people dont ask them out for dates or invited to parties.

You dont have to be great looking. Most people in life are average looking, but live life with normal social interaction and work. I'm an average guy and like 40 lbs overweight. I get by life fine at work and with friends. Some of my best friends I still have I did kindergarten with them! Known them for 40 years!

But if you make yourself look and act like an outcast, most people will stay away. And chances of getting a good job sink down the toilet. Which means someone like this will lash out more struggling with making money.

Sometimes in life, you got to act and look the part. Someone can be a rebel all they want, but nobody says other people have to accept it.
