Drops down to 35 fps in performance mode on PS5 is absolutely unacceptable, there shouldn't even *be* a performance mode, should run a flawless 60 at 4K by default. No wonder R* kept this tightly under wraps, happy I didn't pre-order, will wait for it to be fully patched up and then buy when heavily discounted.

Should be ~4k@120 on PS5/XSX and ~4k@60 on older consoles. No excuses.

So after messing around with all 3 games, all i have to say is thank god i chose to get it on pc over the PS5, at least on pc i can tweak the settings to get it to run locked at 60, it still needs to be optimized, The games do look good though.

So I turned HDR off and now the game looks fine. So either turn to contrast to 0 or turn HDR off. Imo the latter looks better.

What happened with CP2077 should serve as a cautionary tale to all devs/publishers. But then again, there probably won't be the backlash this game deserves to make rockstar feel like they need to make things right.

I'm trying to put myself in the shoes of the dev who handled this. 3 pretty sizeable games, tons of different platforms to port the game to, Switch, PS4, PS4pro, PS5, xb1, xb1x, xss, xsx, PC. This was too much. Each game should've been released by itself.
Work on GTA3 and take as much time as you need to make it perfect. then release it. and so on. Charge 20-30 $ for them. I would've been ok with that, if they were perfect. This is just a mess.

One of the patches improved a lot HDR in RDR2 and it looks great on OLED apart from color banding at night. But that was Rockstar's job, I doubt GSG knows how to properly implement HDR.

After playing GTA 3 for an hour on PS5, it's definitely buggy. The game froze on me twice already.Damn, now i'm really worried about the Trilogy release.

I couldn't find it on Game Pass, so I had to go to the online store and download it through Game Pass from there. Just incase anyone was also looking around for San Andreas on GP.
