Made a crappy phPBB forum once ... once.
Cyberpunk 2077 on my shiny new pc (and Solitaire!)

Elden Ring on PS5

Gran Turismo 7 installed for PS5 but only intro segment done, not really spending quality time with it.

That drumming rhythm game on Game Pass on Series X

Nothing right now on Switch.

Need for Speed Carbon - RPCS3 - I found out recently the PS3 build of Carbon is the best version of the game

Prince of Persia Revelations - PPSSPP - I always wanted to see the extra content in the PSP ports for Warrior Within and Two Thrones

Finally completed Halo Infinite, even if it wasn't on Legendary I still got my ass kicked a LOT of times in the process...currently playing Broken Sword on the Series X, pretty good so far, and will hopefully start the updated Flight of the Amazon Queen, over the weekend...

Finishing off Death's Door.

I mostly enjoyed the game, although the difficulty spike during the final part has left a decidedly bitter taste in my mouth. Not entirely sure what the devs were thinking with that one.

The part I'm referring to is when you have to chase the Lord of the Doors across the collapsing platforms, while avoiding the bull doors. You then have to battle him in several different locales before finally beginning to battle in the main starting area. The platforming part with the doors was annoying as shit. Quite tedious to keep having to redo it over and over. Quite unforgiving compared to the rest of the game.

FNAF Security Breach.

Finished up the platinum, it's had a broken trophy on PS5 since launch.

FFXIV Endwalker. Finally finished it, great game.

Now I'm just playing through Elden Ring and loving everything about it

Finished and Platinum'd Jedi Fallen Order. It felt like a 'light' souls game in the Star Wars universe, which is good! The story is 'good', nothing special with some previsible twists, but it gets the job done.
The levels could be more wide in some places, and it could have more planets/areas, but they're well designed and the shortcuts help the traversal, but a fast travel within meditate points would be nice.
The ambient sound it's really good in this game. Tie fighters passing overhead and the echo of the lightsaber in caves are just too good.

Started Horizon FW and you can really see the jump from a PS4 upscaled game to a PS5 game. Some vistas are ubelievable.

I beat the main campaign of Forza Horizon 5 (XSX), the game is fantastic (like the previous entries). Next up I'm going to rotate between Hitman 2 (XSX) and Elden Ring (XSX).

I really liked fallen order, loved the sith stuff on dathomir. I'm missing a couple of trophies to plat that game.

Going to try finishing Planet Laika and Go Go Ackman 3 this weekend. Not necessarily sure how far I am in Planet Laika, but a lot of plot events recently occurred and it feels like things are at least past the halfway point.

Also will start a playthrough of Horizon Forbidden West later tonight; I've been looking forward to this one for a minute so even as a n00b to the franchise this aught to be pretty fun. Have to give props to Guerilla for the visuals on display; even on base PS4 I'd still consider it one of the best-looking games around.

Very excited for what they'll be able to do with a new game that's current-gen only. FW already comes pretty close to that UE5 demo from 2020 IMO; their next game should be able to surpass that in real-time.

The only other big releases I've been considering this year to pick up are Elden Ring (obviously), Starfield (weighing options), and GT7 (can't imagine being too good with this on a controller :S). Anyway tho that's getting off-topic.

Currently at Level 21 at Horizon FW.

While it‘s arguably better then the first I find myself having problems to get into like with the first as the game misses the novelty of the first one. Perhaps I also played ZD a bit too much. I dunno…. It just feels like more of the same. Probably just me though. There is only so much time I like to spend in a certain universe before I want to move on, especially with these open world games. One more reason why I look forward to Starfield this much.

Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge. I'm on the Ayane chapter of Day 2. After seeing her in NG3RE my coomer brain made me download DoA6 Core Fighters and buy Ayane as a character to play as.

Otogi: Myth of Demons. I'm on stage 26 now. Will hopefully beat it tomorrow. Considering I never played this on the OG Xbox I'm a little surprised how good it is. 8.5/10

Will start Onimusha 2 and Bayonetta 2 once I beat Otogi.

Just played through the demo of Kirby and the Forgotten Land.

I only remember playing a single Kirby game, years ago, I think that was on the Gameboy? So I'm by no means a long-time fanboy, but I enjoyed that demo a lot more than I thought. That little dance when you rescue someone was so cute!
Although, for some reason I thought it'd be more... open-worldish? Maybe it opens up more later...

I’m trying to fit both Elden Ring and GT7 into my limited gaming time, but I’m not complaining because I feel lucky to have 2 brilliant games that compliment each other so well; GT7 is the perfect palate cleanser for when I’ve taken enough of a beating on ER.

It looks very similar to the 3DS ones in terms of level design. Some people were misjudging the trailer. It definitely looks to be linear, like Mario 3D World.

Elden Ring. shit is insane.

never expected it to be this good. In terms of open world games this is the new standard to beat. The last game that done that for me was BOTW. I really hope Nintendo can do something special with BOTW2.

I played the first few levels of Max: The Curse of Brotherhood. It's an ok puzzle platformer but I got bored pretty quickly. Probably won't play it again.

I'm also playing Otogi, albeit very slowly. I bought both of them and I hear the sequel is even better. Bayonetta 2 is great but warning about Onimusha 2: the controls are ASS. The movement controls are just awful on PS2.

Found out there's a bunch of post-game content, as well as the True Ending, so I'm off doing that bit. Might try for the platinum, but I'll see.

Good man, what stage are you on? I know Onimusha 2 has tank controls, is that what you mean? I'm used to them from old Resident Evil games.

kinda hard to believe for me. I played the original on Switch and had a blast. I guess I never really minded tank controls.

Had a bit of a gaming lull, so I preordered Horizon Forbidden West (which these days I usually wait for reviews). I was so desperate for a game and didnt want to wait any longer. I planned on HFW to tide me over til Elden Ring. Then boom, they stealth dropped Cyberpunk 2077 for PS5. It was selling for a great price. I got it for only 30 bucks and it's fantastic. I've been waiting patiently for this one (because I didn't pre order it). So glad I waited. Great game. Hfw can wait. I may do Elden Ring next. I might even eventually splurge on GT7 since I haven't done a racer since Driveclub (awesome game).

So I'm happily praying Cyberpunk 2077 on PS5.

First Katamari game for me and tho the weird controls gave me a negative first impression, I'm now having a blast. I just love everything that's weird about it and the songs...THE SONGS!!!
Still in the early stages, just finished my first 1 meter Katamari.

Can't wait to go... BIGGER

Jumping between Blue Reflection Second Light, Blaster Master Zero, and Darkwood.

BRSL is a typical jrpg with a pretty solid story. Gameplay is nothing special but it's enjoyable. Mahou Shoujo jrpg is a genre i'm surprised we don't have more of.

Always wanted to play the GBC versions of Blaster Master. Zero's really fun so far: a mix of a Metroidlike and sidescrolling/8direction shooter.

Darkwoof is still my favorite survival horror game of all time. Fantastic atmosphere.

I'm so hard holding not launching GT7, but its gonna be worth it, wanna experience both of those incredible games at its fullest.

I think I'm on stage 3 of Otogi 1. I play it very sporadically. In terms of Onimusha 2, the movement is mapped to the d-pad. It is really awful. I am still enjoying the game though but the controls are pure ass.

Onimusha 2 controls. Ah.... They do not show the true glory until the final boss. My god, the memories.... and then when you finally beat him... Well, I don't want to ruin the surprise.

Stage 3 is good with the creepy music. Stage 4 is meme worthy - "None shall pass!". I beat the game yesterday. Loved it.

I beat Warlords, should be okay for Oni 2

Lord of Edge.
I'm actually having a lot of fun switching between Halo Infinite MP and Battlefield 4 (yup still some good servers alive) MP on my Series X. It works out really well for when i'm done with work and just want to shoot some things for a couple hours.
