Well, it makes sense. It's natural for people to create things based on themselves and what they want. That's why wokeish content always seems skewed to wokeish creatives at a desk. They are the writers and artists. So put pen to paper and that's what you get.
It's no different than any other kind of game. For those retro FPS dude bro shooters, I bet the creative team is made up of dude bro and twitchy game makers who grew up gaming in the Quake days. A devs team making a PC Civil War battle sim is going to have straightlaced game makers who enjoy sim and real life historical stuff so they can infuse that into the game. A game with lots of SJW and representation is going to have a department skewed to game makers with personalities that focus on demographics and race and gender swapping.

Hard to say, they haven't had a new release since 2019 (and that game would've been in development since 2014). The world's gone a lot crazier since then, and we haven't seen much of GTA6 yet to really know.

Racial ratio supporters can play it both ways, so it comes down to if you or your company gets targeted and focused on it, or if you/your company can fly under the radar.
1. If everyone is treated the same using the skin deep theory, it's discrimination if a minority doesn't get disproportionate special attention. Even odder is the forced focus on women when the population is already 50% women.
2. So the solution is affirmative action, racial ratios and PR to show the world minorities are in their own silo. That's actually segregation. So anyone can claim this is discrimination too.
Each point can have supporters and non-supporters pending what the narrative and goal is.
Figure that one out.

Over 15 warnings, multiple bans, and numerous attempts to get him to cut back on the console warring. Instead, he continued to double and triple down on insults whenever anyone said anything critical to the console/company he preferred.
We try to be fair and give people a chance to improve, but there is a limit to how much rope we can extend before we run out.

That Ted Price video posted earlier today from years back (2017) showed Insomniac's employee pool being like 90% white dudes. Hardly any minorities or women.
