Well, don't worry guys.
Vita Game Heaven II will save the Vita. I can smell it.

At this point I'm holding out for it to be hacked and a PS2 emulator or Sony to get their act together and just make everything cross play on their mobile devices through Gakai. Now I'm kind of mad I went the DD route but am getting my money's worth on PSone classics.

I just don't get Sony... do they even realize how bad the Vita is doing right now? I mean, that is all they could muster up? A rare exclusive and a bunch of ported games with no price cut?

So disappointed.

Wow... that was shit!

Sony has truly nothing to show when it comes to Japan. And no TLG, so I aill probably stop anticipating the thing now.

I really thought the three Marvelous games were going to be followed up by Square Enix and Konami announcements, yet there was nothing. What the fuck?

PlayStation Vita X Scrap indeed Sony.

To be fair, for those who have already got the Vita, the lineup is ok. Just those titles are not at all capable of driving hardware sales. And most of the newly announced titles can be found on other platforms.

Well, certainly disappointing. Love my Vita and have had some great game experiences this year (HSG, Gravity Rush, FIFA port being surprisingly decent) and I have no doubt I'll have some good experiences in the future (playing LBP right now, Persona 4 & Soul Sacrifice).

It's unfortunate that it isn't getting much support. But hey - if I were a game dev, I'd think twice about developing a game for a struggling platform.

I was waiting for TGS to see if i was going to get a vita this fall and it's looking like a firm no. Maybe next year if it doesn't die completely.

Oh man. I swear I'm still getting one at some point, but Sony could at least try to make me interested. At least my Vita will be blue, that's for sure now.

Why Sony why? Now thanks to you SCEJ we're gonna have to wade through tons of 'Vita is Dead' threads. Get your fucking act together!

this is the only thing I got from this, fuck

yeah they announced nothing except all the shit they announced *rolls eyes*

and you know, I could give a shit about Monster Hunter but if announcing that would cause people to finally shut the fuck up about Vita it would so worth it, but no... we're gonna have to put up with this "Vita am doomed" bullshit for another 6 fucking months

Sony seriously come the fuck on

Soo I guess Marvelous AQL is responsible for like half of Vita's line-up with those three games and Soul Sacrifice.

Plus for Vita sounds great, the new PS3 seems neat, and a few new Vita titles were shown.

Otherwise... what on Earth is SCEJ doing?

So unless I missed something, the only new Vita exclusives (Valhalla Knights and Senran Kagura, and that's just assuming the latter isn't a 3DS port) are series that previously haven't broken 100k? Wow.

Other than GE2 and maybe SS, most of the titles announced won't break 100K. GE2 would be the only bigger title than Miku on VITA.

What's coming out in 6 months?

No it's not.

I've owned a Vita since day 1, and want to suppor the thing, but none of the stuff shown here was good for me.

Ys? I can see it but I don't care for it.

Soul Sacrafice? Delayed to next year so it can get fucking crushed by MH4.

That was it as far as big games to me, honestly it's the fact that I'm a Vita owner that I'm so pissed. If I didn't own one I wouldn't fill ripped off right now damn it.

So, are you saying people should lie to spare your feelings?

What a waste of 90 minutes.

No Rain.
No Puppeteer.
No Beyond.
No Last of Us.
No Last Guardian.
No FFX HD.
No games for Vita not on PS3 or PSP except Soul Sacrifice.
Not even new PS All Stars Character reveals.

What a terrible conference.

Vita am dead.

Underwhelming, but then again it was a Japan-focused presentation. They'll be satisfied with anything as long as they can play the latest Hatsune Miku game.

Snark aside, I doubt they'll pull the plug any earlier than when they report their annual results for the current fiscal year (late April/early May).

If the Microsoft can still sell the 360 on Japan without removing it from the market I don't see why the Vita would have to be killed before it's time. Or maybe I'm not considering other circumstances.
