EA Play is on June 11th, Ubisoft is on June 12th, the only spot seemingly open is June 10th (at least according to Jeff Grubb) so I'm going with June 10th. Keep your 4chans.

wouldn’t be too optimal though. Because right after the event others could steal some of the momentum, when they talk about Ubisoft or EA stuff.
Anyway, we will see. But Sony should at least announce it 3 days prior.

Do you mean EA / Ubisoft would steal Sony's momentum? I personally doubt that. If anything, I would say as soon as Sony reveals the box and few first party titles, the rest of this pseudo-E3 is semi-irrelevant until the Xbox event in July. I'm speaking for myself of course and it depends on what you like.
I don't think anything could detract from Sony's event unless they themselves actually mess something up, or something like Xbox Series X coming in at a lower price.

Well my rationale is that dozens of people were part of the production effort for this event. After the recording and editing of this event was completed, it was likely shared internally by hundreds of people within PlayStation.

I never mentioned anything about sony bend and PD, but hell if GOT is a hit then they are on the rise to be a better studio than even the ones acquired by MS lately, hell they even have Insomniac now pushing their Marvel IP.
on the topic of Bend though, I personally did not like Days Gone, but it laid a good foundation for what they can do and hopefully next time they push the envelope more and have more time for poliish on their next game to be even better
for me this is 343's last shot at halo because ever since Bungie left the series has been on decline critically but also sales wise. If they dont get their shit together either needs a complete reboot or build a studio from the ground up to take over the franchise and let 343 do what they want

I assume both EA and Ubisoft planned to announce a game /show a cinematic of that game (I bet FIFA 21 and Far Cry 6) at the Sony event, and later to detail or show gameplay at EA/Ubi event. So unless they change the order of stuff shown, I assume Sony will want to make the event before the EA and Ubi ones and also before mid June to .
So unless the riots go crazy and ends with Godzilla attaking the USA, I bet Sony's event will be June 10th, or June 11th before the EA one.
This gen Sony consistently had better sales than ever in their entries for gen series, studios or even genres ever had in the past, and also a high Metacritic rating and having GOTY contenders or winners every year.
Look at Uncharted 4 being the best selling Uncharted and Naughty Dog game, The Last Guardian for Team Ico, Spiderman for Insomniac or superhero games, God of War for Santa Monica for the hack & slash genre, Horizon being the best selling Guerrilla title, Days Gone being the best selling Studio Bend game, Detroit having the best launch window sales (it's the only data we have) for Quantic Dream, etc.
