It's no secret that we weren't hugely impressed with FSR 1.0 - but AMD has stepped up its game dramatically with its image reconstruction-based successor. Up there with the best software upscalers out there, comparable to native resolution rendering and DLSS, this is everything FSR 1.0 should have been.
