but you are saying this based on last gen sizes, not next gen only titles....
When that becomes the default, then we can look back at that data to see where it goes. Even I stopped downloading lots of shit during the PS4 generation as the sizes were massive, but it would be dumb as shit at the VERY START to just think based solely on LAST GEN GAMES that I'd be downloading all the time, simply cause a last gen, cross gen game had a small file size.
It doesn't make sense.
You'd be saying something wild in 2013 about cross gen games like "man this game has a download size of 24 GB, looks like I'm digital only broz"
Only to not know you'd see 100BG fucking games CAUSE THEY ARE NEXT GEN ONLY.
So you need to factor that, people are not going to be so giddy to just download something they can't sell, at $70 when they are 200GB games bud. Until that is factored, I can't say some trend would 100% continue unchanged as even I download based on size, when those sizes get bigger and games get more expensive, I have no ode to spend more on a game I can't sell, pay more for a ISP to get the game that I can't sell faster, to fill up a HDD in which the game can just be installed from a disk anyway. That is how I purchase and I don't believe I'm alone in that.

I don't disagree with you regarding that Disney partnership, but that would be a megaton fanfiction deal lol
