I live in Portland and everyone talks like this, and every white person thinks they are being inclusive, even when they are just trying to force their silly way of thinking on others. I recently wore a Chinese style shirt to work because it was the Chinese mid-autumn festival and you are supposed to wear certain colors. In our daily standup meeting a co-worker (white woman of course) said that I was appropriating Chinese culture and that I should be ashamed. I told her it was a gift from my Chinese parents-in-law and that our whole family was wearing similar celebratory style clothes for the first day of the Mid-autumn festival. It's so ridiculous how uneducated virtue signalling ideas can spread among people who are so small minded.

All the Romance Languages are explicitly gendered: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian, etc. These are the languages directly descended from Latin, and therefore from the Roman Empire.

Greek is a unique European language, descended all the way from Ancient Greece. It is explicitly gendered.

All Germanic Languages including Modern German are gendered, but Modern English is not despite English being a Germanic language.

All Slavic Languages are explicitly gendered: Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Serbo-Croatian, etc.

What I'm saying is English is the odd man out here. Every other European language is explicitly gendered. The woke white American liberals are literally paddling upstream against the Amazon river here if they think they are going to get Europe to submit to their cultural imperialism.

They should go try and hang out with the Asian language groups if they are searching for non-gendered languages but they won't find much love or attention there either because Asian cultures and nations are super conservative. Most Asian countries don't even acknowledge gay marriage LMAO

And it’s amazing how some companies have so much woke brigade to begin with. I can understand HR dept doing it because they got nothing else to do, and the PR dept doing it for brownie pts among the masses on social media, but for all the other people hired to do a job, nowhere will it say spend your time at work doing woke stuff.

And some companies wonder why employees are so time crunched. Maybe ease up on non essential stuff like politics and focus on making the product or service they are trying to sell and things will go smoother. they’ll earn more sales so they don’t have to shut down studios or lay off people.

The easiest way to get sales is to focus on fundamentals. Like the old ass business classes any business students take. The classic 4 Ps of marketing hold true even now. Price, product, place, promotion.

They don’t teach Politics and Pandering as 5th or 6th Ps of marketing 101.

My grandfather is a more traditional liberal and learned different languages and instilled in me respect for other cultures. It’s crazy to me how now far-lefties want to tell other cultures how their language works; it’s very egotistical and disrespectful. But we can’t even speak our own language correctly anymore. I watched a bunch of street fighter 6 tournaments when it launched. At every event one or both of the commentators would refer to every player as “they.” None of the players were transgender and were all clearly men, but no they have to talk like retards because that’s the “progressive” standard being pushed now.

It's super great, the gradual evolution of language. Equality is pretty black and white as far as original meaning. Everyone gets the same. Funny thing is, "back in the day," this was typically read with a positive, sunny forecast. It was stated with the express ideological notion that it's gonna get better for everyone.
