Tomb Raider should go back to its roots. The core gameplay should be exploration and platforming. It shoud be hard and risky like in Tomb Raider 1 to platform. This would make it exciting and an adventure again.
Core Design got it perfectly right with Tomb Raider 1. I'm sure this is because they focused their development, well, on the "core design" of the game, which was exploration and platforming, and everything that helped to bring these fundamental pillars to life (like a minimalistic hud and sound design and I would even say, a certain style of movement).
