I swear if that K-On game goes above 50,000 in a week I will consume a bit of head-mounted haberdashery. ZnK, meanwhile, will do great due to Falcom having a devoted base of grognards who are always down for Falcom's works (and the fact that the game is apparently great and did pretty damn well in Famitsu).

I do, but taking all these records gives a 5+ million LTD already from 5th week without entering holiday season. It will be huge but not that huge.

Yeah, B&W isn't going to truly shatter records until December or so, when it's prime gift-buying season. It's still probably going to be the biggest Pokemon game ever, but purchases for many of the kids are going to wait a bit for the gift season.

Damn having a look at these records more carefully, its going to be hard for any game to truly reign supreme over every record.

Shipping more would inflate first weeks number and shipping less would be...problematic. I guess we gotta wait for NSMB 3DS or Pokemon 3DS.

GBA sold 4.2 million from Mar, 2001.
