Ugh, I hope ND don’t end up like RETRO Studios and just quietly drift away into nothingness.
RETRO used to be one of my favorite devs, then they just went quiet and now it’s been almost 10 years since they released anything.. I can just imagine they’ve had projects go through dev hell multiple times over.

Iron Galaxy handled the port to PC not Naughty Dog.
People leave companies all the time, they just aren't announced in the news or publicly. This guy has been Head of Technology for all of...*checks notes* 5 months... That he has left might just come down to something like family planning... I love how people like to make hay out of everything. If this was Neil or someone else high up (and moving up) at Naughty Dog and maybe a string of things, it would say something.

Yes, last of us 2 is one of the best games of last gen.
Even if you hated the story its gameplay was a tier above the rest.

Uncharted 4 is 10x better than the trilogy before it. Both gameplay and narrative.
Tlou2 is one of best games ever made. Probably best gameplay ever. Technological marvel too.
Druckman did amazing.

Factions 1 wasn't forgotten and uh, how long do you want to cope Factions 2 will take dev time before something is a tiny bit off? It's going on 5 full years now btw. (If you're confused, dev footage of factions 2 form 2018 was leaked, so actually its minimum 5 years, likely more) 10 years? 20?

Hard disagree on Uncharted. While 4 was great, 2 is hands down the best in the series imo.

U4 is newer and benefits from the trilogy before it.
The story is worse and so is the pacing and overall structure.
Both U4 and lou2 have amazing gameplay and visuals. No question. But that's not enough.
