The store is supposed to give you a pre-order code. You enter that code on the SWTOR site. At this point, you're looking at probably 1 day early access though.

As a reminder, we did not (and could not) guarantee you'd be placed on a server with all your allies/adversaries. It wasn't possible.

Please don't ask why it wasn't possible - it's hard maths. I'm told every guild should have one ally or adversary on their server tho.
