digital is not popular in Japan, most of released titles reach 10k of sales
UtaPri is aiming at much more numbers, an only digital release should have been a failure in term of sales

and here I still see people playing with PSP (especially high school students)



and after 11 years seeing a new PSP game among the shelves it's amazing

Incidentally, that was the last game CC2 developed for dedicated handhelds.

I'm also reminded that the first Dimps Saint Seiya (Sanctuary Battle) game on PS3 was a Musou clone.

Why Kingdom always get short end of the stick when it comes to adaptation/collaboration? It's a manga about The Warring States era, an Ancient China, a period of time that Koei literary built upon itself for decades yet they don't come to KT smh
KT even make Li Xin as downloadable character in their RotK 12 ffs

I think annual Yakuza might be too much. Maybe every 1.5 years... although Ishin and 0 aren't exactly mainline sequels.

Hopefully Digimon gets another shipment this weekend, sales looking good. :)

Ouch at MP10. Will probably continue to sell somewhat though.

Dengeki reported a 65% first week sell-through for Yakuza Ishin. So, 40-50% is not that different (and probably bigger shipment).

Mario Party 10 should sell its shipment by Golden Week.

Only reason I ask is because you mentioned "by Golden Week" which is still a ways away, so either it will sell poorly over the weekend/weeks or the shipment is huge. :p

I said Golden Week because is when Nintendo games rise sales, so it seems a safe bet.

And looking shop's shelves and Tsutaya's "hope's comment" last week, I presume that the shipment is quite big.

Quite interested in that Level-5 event. It's the first one post-Youkai Watch launch, so curious to see what kind of games they're working on.

Hopefully Fantasy Life 2 can sell even better than the first one.

anyway, 33k for Minecraft Vita means around 230k total ?
meanwhile the retail version entered the top30 on amazon... really curious to see how it will perform, and maybe more curious, if it has legs or not


Digimon tops Amazon charts, had a good first day, might be sold out by the end of the week
could we expect some hw rising ?
I think Vita is not yet so popular among that kind of audience (even if the last or one of the latest Digimon arrived on PSP iirc)
