Yeah they are going to be the largest polluters - given that they are manufacturing for the world and have 1.3 billion citizens

If you guys have watched Before then Flood (Leonardo Di Caprio's documentary about climate change), you'll see that China has actually changed dramatically and I think is actually doing better than the USA (not sure about the latter point but they're definitely going in the right direction), so this isn't surprising!
The US should pave the way for other countries and yet it's doing the opposite. Sad!
