I went over on the bike.

When I pulled up she was at the door.

Her neighbors garage caught on fire (Friday) and part of her house was essentially melted.

She seemed pretty frazzled.

I gave her a big hug and we had beer.

She unloaded on me about how she was so upset and felt like a dream.

Thanked me for being such a good friend.

I reassured her and told her I would be fine if she needed to take some time off.

It is just "having sex". Grownups have sex all the time. Sometimes even when they are in a work relation with eachother.

I do live in an at will state. However I’m part of a Union and she is the one in “power”. So I have to believe it would be her ass on the line. But I think it’s a pretty common thing for coworkers to date or even get married through working at a school.

Also she is not the one who would make the decision to fire me. That would be the administrations job.
