I thought that very same peak GAF you speak about was reached last year from May until September, during the lead up to the new consoles. I personally feel when you completely neuter console war antics, you kind of lose the spice of video game forum life. Granted, you don't want that crap being spammed 24/7, but cheap shots at Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo are what made GAF great.

I imagine Evilore has his reasons for the note at the top of the forum, and you can't recreate the past, but I always enjoyed the trash talk.

Are you all like that here too? Because I really like the post.processing devs use. No motion blur in games look jarring, even in HFR to me.
