I really do not care about the sexual orientation of fictional characters. To be honest, i do not even care about the sexual orientation of people in general. There are better actual character traits to define a person. Who they sleep with is not one of them.

I can understand 40 year old vets at work trying to get their way due to experience and tenure. But when you got 25 year olds with almost no experience get hired trying to boss people around (probably due to them bossing their parents around), it's hilarious.
We all laugh. And our company isnt afraid to fire people for bad attitudes, bad work, not showing up to work etc... So many of them quit or get fired. The best one (which I'm mad I never saw it in person as I sat on the other side of the floor), was when people told me this young female hire was bawling her eyes out in her office. The director chewed her out for not knowing her shit as some presentations were due soon. She got fired about two months later.
And then another guy (young millennial) just didn't want to show up for work. He made it a point he wants to work from home going forward on his own even though the boss said you got to come in like everyone else. Even more absurd. He's a sale rep so he gets monthly car allowance to boot. He got axed.
And during big town hall meetings, the youngsters sure love doing snapchat.
Amazing. Never seen this from veteran workers in 20 years.

Essentially she is this, the fact is the manager who called her out was doing his job. I have had managers that just ignore it to the detriment of the team, then we got a new one in and immediately he shut it down, and the problem colleague left soon after.
Bully's like this are everywhere and you need to ignore there "I'm always a victim" bullshit and treat them like any other staff member, including the rules that apply to everyone else.
They don't last long when they are expected to work like everyone else.
