Y’all need to buy this masterpiece. Hopefully the PC port has better graphical options to clean up the horrendous IQ.

Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the capability to make the world's first enhanced store. Steam will be that store. Better than it was before.

Game was released day one on PC for the Epic Games Store, I don't think this will be any different than that version.

The PC version ran better than consoles, but still had pretty terrible performance. They had a couple of patches that helped somewhat, but the game is still very rough around the edges.

Any indication of what the price will be?

I've been waiting for this.
Base game on Epic is $39.99 now, so they'll probably launch at that price on Steam. The digital deluxe edition (that includes the season pass) is $59.99.

Man I hate that games like this have a "season pass". I wish more devs went the From soft direction and just had one time big content drop expansions. Is the SoP season pass like actual content or weapon skins and junk like that?

Also, side note, but I think this showing up pretty much on schedule for the exclusivity contract means we can be fairly certain than Kingdom Hearts will never be freed from EGS. Bummer.

You can probably skip the DLC. I got it but you have to grind something terrible to even use most of it.

Base game is more than worth it. Watch the DLC cutscenes on youtube.

You will miss a few new weapons with full movesets though, so that's a bummer. The staff and Summoner job are great.

In this case, the DLC actually consists of meaty story expansions - and adds new weapons and job classes to the game. Personally I think it's well worth it, but the base game by itself is also a very good and full experience.

I'm still going to hold out hope for Kingdom Hearts. Probably a licensing deal with Disney. I hear they're the worst to work with. It's kind of a miracle these games ever got made at all.

The game is 50% of on amazon.ca (25$) for ps5. Wondering if I should bite
Do you like Nioh?
Do you like Final Fantasy?
Are you okay with average graphics?

If you answered yes, proceed to checkout. I just don't think people realize how much combat is in the game. You can play as White Mage, buff up with Protect, Shell, Haste, then instant job switch to Monk and go punch the hell out of people. Or Samurai with timed counters, or Summoner, or Thief, Warrior, Ninja, Black Mage, and on and on. If you like AA action games this is one of the best recent ones.

Genuinely did not know they bundled up the actual DLCs and called them a "season pass".

When I bought them they were called the individual "crown" dlcs and then Ashes of Ariandel and Ringed City.

But clearly you knew that and you were just posting like a prick would post to be edgy.

Fuck man.... you just sold it to me better than Square ever fuckin did.

Can we get Punished Miku on Square's marketing department for Christ's sake? He'd be a huge improvement over what they're currently working with.
