Only if you were a random character creator npc. Maybe choose a faction and have territory wars. You can be the Salamanca crew, the Pollos crew, the Heisenberg crew, or the feds. Each faction would have special boosts and disadvantages in different theaters and have an easier or harder time taking over territory in areas adjacent to those heavily under control of other Factions. Maybe do a season pass type deal, and have a season of the show be a season of the game, and afterwards the power dynamic baseline reset according to the plot's current place.
