Aaron is a spin doctor. Note the word "Full" in the following.
"None of our first party games in the show are full CG trailers."
Quoting myself instead of saying "I told you so."

He did say no FULL CGI. One of those comments coming out of Xbox that you really have to pay attention to. They can't help themselves.Did he lie?
because Greenberg knows people will believe his BS and no one holds him accountableHe could have just said nothing - I don’t understand why he said this?
Nope.
Technically not, but...

Fable wasn't full cg?He did say no FULL CGI. One of those comments coming out of Xbox that you really have to pay attention to. They can't help themselves.
What are you going on about? He could have just said nothing - I don’t understand why he said this?
What about you?
'i did not have cgi with that in-engine trailer'...Did he lie?
Which part are you struggling to understand? What are you going on about?
I never lie.
Well you're making any sense are you?Which part are you struggling to understand?
He will never learn when his boss phil also does the same thing. The rot is all the way at the top.Could've seen this coming a mile away.
If I were Phill I'd tell Aaron Greenberg to stay the fuck away from twitter from now on.
Did he lie?
Did he lie?
Maybe? Maybe not? It is hard to say.Fable wasn't full cg?
It is not a lie but it is misleading. Aaron Greenberg has been playing the game long enough to know exactly how his tweet would be taken. Let's not pretend he is an idiot.Man certainly didn't lie. As angry people who don't know the difference between CGI and 'in Engine' are finding out.
I do feel let down at the amount of in engine trailers, though. Gameplay or gameplay sections would certainly have been better received.
Well there is an easy way to determine if he lied. List the first party games that were "full CG trailers".
Yet, people were fooled when they first showed off "In-Engine" footage of Hellblade 2. Many people were convinced it was going to look like that in the final game.Man certainly didn't lie. As angry people who don't know the difference between CGI and 'in Engine' are finding out.

Both in-engine and CGI footage doesn't represent the final game. In-Engine has always been misleading.
Social media already is.
Social media already is.
Aaron Greenberg is a fucking waste of space. Hypes up the show with misleading information. Shouldn't have been cocky with the lack of first party gameplay especially after the body of Redfall is still warm.
Please fucking sack that geebag.
Also, it's hilarious that Fable looks so incredible that everyone keeps claiming it's CGI. It says "in-game" right there in the beginning, ya'll.
My point still stands. Sack GreenbergEveryone is talking about Starfield today. Not Redfall.
So...mission accomplished?
None of what that was actual gameplay, it could've been just scenes rendered in-engine that you can't affect.Like 95% of the show was in-game or in-engine.
The only one that comes to mind that appeared to be purely cinematic was Star Wars Outlaws.

About 10 seconds here look like gameplay to me:

Please no. The less things we can have with his face on them, the better.we really need a memento "don't believe his lies" meme with Greenberg's face
More likely that the end result will look forspoken levels different.Like 95% of the show was in-game or in-engine.

You can twist in-engine however you like. The first two trailers did not show off actual gameplay.I mean, it wasn't CGI. It directly labels it as "In-game". It could be a snippet from one of the games real time cut-scenes, which is, again, not CGI.
Not sure how many artificial caveats you want to add to it.

I'm not complaining they were CGI trailers, I'm complaining there was no gameplay.rofif bruh you're being attacked directly
The only way I'm "twisting" is by telling you that it was not a CGI trailer.
I'm not the one changing the goalpost by requesting different things like a HUD or action gameplay behind the shoulder view etc.
