Because if people know when it's coming out they will all go buy it on release day, which will mean literally MILLIONS of PS3s all unlocking the fourth dimension at once, and that would have devastating consequences.

Launch titles often cut it real close (like going gold 1-2 weeks before street date), but I dunno about marketting starting times.

11 or 10 days is more than enough to bring it out.
market it on nascar races with a nascar add with GT5.
market it on tv and in stores in time for black friday and see it sell realy well in NA.
only thing they gotta do in eu is have an add on tv in every country saying GT5 out in 10 days or what ever

Alright, it´s 3am here, time to get some sleep.

Tomorrow, thankfully i´ll wake up and read some new news.

I hope the 23rd guy can prove his email. That´s a start. I can live with two more weeks of waiting.
