I like Lies of P but I think it could be a terrible place to start, especially if you aren't a fan of parrying. I'd start with Bloodborne if you can as it is the most streamlined as far as character building goes.

I tried most, gave up or hated most. Then I tried Demon Souls remake and something clicked. I killed every boss in the game.
