the internet does forget....after a long time. at least so far.

not that i posted anything bad but a lot of the stuff i posted online from like 15-20 years ago is very fucking hard to find. i'm talking about posts on forums and pictures of myself. for a while i could find my posts/photos but now it's impossible and i know what i'm looking for. maybe it's because a lot of the sites i used to go on are offline now or were took over. i suppose if you post shit on facebook then yeah it might not be going away any time soon.

i've kept a low profile and not pissed anyone off so i'm not worried about people hunting me down. if you're even just slightly popular or in a mid-high profile job then you got to be careful. it will take a long time for anything to go away. you can't rely on sites going down anymore because people are more likely to download your stuff and keep it stored away on their own hardware. it really depends on your own situation. most people shouldn't be worried.

Put a pinch (or two) of salt -- about what I'd use on my soft-boiled eggs or salmon -- in my water to help sate myself during my two-day fast. It's actually kinda pleasant. Tried it in my coffee, too, earlier. That wasn't all that great. But for the plain water, it might work. Was thinking to try it two or three times each time (basically during normal meal times). Will report back Friday perhaps.

i'm beyond pissed off right now. i'm infuriated. i went to buy my usual egg and mayonnaise sandwich at lunch but they only had the vile disgusting egg and cress (with brown seeded bread). it felt like chewing on sand and had no taste at all to it.

ruined my day. they better have their shit sorted out for tomorrow or i will walk away rolling my eyes and tut very loudly.

My wife does the salt in water thing every morning. I will do it if I get nauseous during a fast but it's pretty rare.
