HoloCure is far better, but still an addictive fun time
HoloLive is a japanese idol agency that creates groups of Virtual Youtubers and is owned by the company Cover. There are various branches worldwide such as the Japanse Branch, Indonesian Branch, and English Branch. Highly talented men and women stream using anime avatars and hide their personal identities while playing a "character" that is equal parts them and not them. Personally the only streamers I think are worth a damn.
HoloCure is a game based on Vampire Survivors made by fans where you play as a current small selection of around 15 IIRC characters based on some of the more popular HoloMems in the west.
TL;DR HoloLive is Cute Anime Girls streaming games and HoloCure is a fanmade Vampire Survivor Clone that surpasses the original in every way. Except maybe the music?
Holocure is legit a fun game to play. Ame is pretty fun to use. Bubba is really great as support as well. Other Holomems have been playing this as well.
But what I can recommend is Holocure, the Hololive fangame. Even if you dont care about vtubers (the only thing you will miss is all the injokes) the game screams quality since its made by the sprite artist for River City Girls. It also has the one thing I think VS is missing, a strafe button so you can attack forward when backing.
There is a similiar fan game of Vtuber group Hololive called Holocure. It's free, cause fan game, and maybe can become a good demo if $5 is too risky for you
HoloCure fans, Chad Cast just performed the HoloCure song (aka the song based on which Holocure OST is derived from) liveHolocure is pretty damned good and also free so well worth a look.
excerpts from the showMori Calliope's voice is both cute and cool, and she is also a versatile artist and video creator of the highest caliber.
I was also influenced by the world view she created. And then, Kenmochi of "Wednesday's Campanella" wrote a song for it.
I was also influenced by the worldview she created. Are we really talking about a comic commercial? I laughed.
I laughed. And even though it's fine to have him play around with it, it was the biggest joke of all.
The biggest bad joke that you can make a seriously good song!
I've been listening to this song since before it was released!
I'm looking forward to seeing you on "MUSICVERSE"!
Excerpts from the showAnd she is appearing on another Japanese show.
I kind of regret playing that game because now I've started watching some hololive videos even though I was never interested in vtubers before.I think we should make a holocure thread. Since Kay Yu made that game with love to introduce hololive to the gaming audience.
Kanade is my favorite (she can also speak Korean). Ririka is also pretty good. The new Hololive JP members seem pretty interesting. Two can speak English pretty well too.

I don't really like watching live streams (though that is a cool site, thanks). I prefer to just go through the archive. It's a lot easier to watch a 7 hour video etc on my own time. Also I only just start watching so there is lots of content I can go back and watch.
Calli finished Armored Core VI NG++ (so far the only holo who finished it) and even played some PvP with her viewers, and her playthrough even got some traction outside of holo fanbaseI don't really like watching live streams (though that is a cool site, thanks). I'm currently watching Peko's playthrough of FFX.
For retro games, I watch...All I watch is channels about retro games.
Basement brothers is a good one for looking into old 80s and 90s Japanese gaming PCs that not many in the west knew about.
Game sack is nice retro console channel that’s been around for 10+ years.
