Just want to get an idea. I read that some hurt your ears after a little while. I'm prepared to spend moderately for one. What do i look out for as there are loads about.

Cool. It works on pc as well?! You sure? So thats one of the best game headset.

edit: There's also an improved Socom 2 headset?

I know the Socom headset works on my PC without any driver hunting...but in all honesty I wouldn't list it as a high quality product...it gets the job done but that's about it IMO. All sound goes in through the headphone speaker, which is my biggest pet peeve and a large legitimate complaint
