Gonna be honest, I think RedFall looks like it's closer to release than Starfield. It's mostly technical issues tho at least going off the stream. I'm more interested in actually playing Starfield over RedFall but yeah.

Starfield looks okay from what we're seeing. The combat and AI looks really rough. Locations looks cool.
