You're right. Just keeping hope alive. I can still see them doing it to have one that they have complete control over and not have to haggle for marketing honors with MS, and having something exclusive as Xbone pulls their own shooter catalog together.

I remember about 2 (?) years ago, an old Zipper developer had a Kickstarter for a "spiritual successor" of some kind..clearly, that went nowhere..
That downtime fucked a few titles that people really wanted. It killed the momentum of Portal 2 cross play with PC as well, and that was thought to have been the possible first steps between bridging more games between PSN and Steam. In other disasters for ps gaming, Motorstorm got it hard from that tsunami. I don't think Evolution ever really recovered from taking that lose. And now...well... Codemasters to the rescue.
Hopefully it won't come to that

TBH, I'm going to be passing on both FFXV and P5 this year. Neither are doing anything for me. Bravely Second, SMTIV Final, and Dragon Quest VII/VIII are enough.

Civil War was fucking dope. Winter Soldier felt like it was a tighter movie but the fact that Civil held its weight with all of those sub-plots and characters is amazing in itself.

Black Panther and Spiderman trending all over twitter, they must've got really good scenes in Captain America

Black Panther's scenes were lit. I won't say they were the highlight of the movie, but they were definitely a high point. A few people in my theatre clapped during his introduction, haha.
Spider-Man I'm more conflicted about. Despite enjoying the portrayal of the character, I thought he was integrated pretty clumsily. There are a few moments when Civil War struggles with wanting to be an Avengers film when it is very much a Captain America film. The inclusion of Spider-Man was by no means the cause of this, but the scenes he was in tended to exemplify it imo.
Great movie overall though. Stoked to watch it again with my mom on Mother's Day.
