Now, I understand that there are some emails that were erroneously marked as classified, or retroactively marked as classified. The issue, <INSERT INTERVIEWER HERE> is that there is confusion between the various agencies as to how to best classify information. This is an issue other Secretaries of State have dealt with as well, such as Colin Powell, who you remember spoke about this very issue. What I intend to do, as President, is make sure that we have a robust, consistent and, most importantly, safe method of modernizing our classification system. That way, no future Secretary will have to deal with these issues moving forward."
