Well white less educated men is probably closer. Hillary has had a white male problem for most of the campaign. Luckily Donald Trump has an everyone else problem.

The college educated whites is notable. Rmoney won that group.

Anecdotal, but this is basically where I live, Romney country in Colorado. I have seen like one Trump bumper sticker* thus far, and literally nothing else.

Now this may mean exactly nothing, but I am not, in any way, getting the same vibe I did in 2012. I mean I have been preparing myself for the inevitable /facepalming I would be doing constantly and it hasn't happened. Yet.

What I love about Trump's debate gambits is the fact that the commission on presidential debates is bipartisan and hashed all of their rules out last year to avoid this shit. Trump can scream all he wants for Johnson and Stein to be on stage and Clinton can respond with "I would welcome more voices to the debate stage. As soon as they poll above 15% per the rules, they are welcome to join".

A more noble-sounding excuse for Trump to refuse to debate, perhaps? Sticking up for the poor third party candidates that are excluded, and if he somehow succeeded in getting them on stage (not likely, in my opinion), he wouldn't have to face Hillary one-on-one.

Will Harambe be included in the Presidential debates since he's polling higher than Jill Stein?

I agree. He can bitch and moan all he wants. It won't make a damn bit of difference. The rules are the rules. And he is not entitled to demand other people go on stage.

And I agree with Tim Kaine. He's the person you send to Utah.

Holy shit. This Trump pundit on CNN is trying to talk about rules of engagement and how that indirectly caused Kahn's death. Anderson shut him down real quick.

It's a dream for obvious reasons but I would love to see Hillary attack and destroy Jill Stein's anti-vaxxer positions and see her be dismantled live.

For decades the commission established the 15% threshold rule. They're not going to bend to the whims of an orange man child's tantrums.

Romney was also a Mormon and Utah has the highest Mormon population in the country I believe. I hear SLC is quickly becoming heavily Liberal.

The guy who held his first press conference in years just to shit all over Trump is going to go to Utah to beg people to vote for him? Seriously?

Romney's results aren't atypical, they're only a few points better than Bush. Democrats have been getting percentages in the 20s or at the most low 30s in the state for the past 46 years. Hillary winning Utah would make Indiana in 2008 look like a run of the mill occurrence.

Getting the third parties on-stage would be a GREAT move for Trump. Gives him some people to bully, and it makes sense given he was a third-party guy in the past.

Right, it also takes away any contrast between the two of them. Clinton NEEDS to corner him or at least look above his nonsense. Letting third parties in legitimizes them and gives trump cover.

Well, Obama got 35% of the vote in 2008. It wouldn't be that out of the question for Hillary to do even a touch better than that, since there are those voters open to voting Democratic somewhere, and SLC has become much more liberal in the past 8 years.

Johnson has his campaign HQ in SLC for a reason.

Also, credit to the Libertarians: they currently have 4 different state legislators in office in 4 different states (NV, UT, NH, and NE). The Greens don't have any.

Does the Green party even try campaigning for local elections, or do they just focus on the presidential nominee every 4 years?

I really hope someone is talking to Hillary today and saying, "you gotta work on this emails answer because that was not good."

Definitely. She's lucky that it's mostly getting buried by Trump's craziness. She should at least be able to give an answer that doesn't warrant a "Four Pinocchios" rating.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again:

"Look, what I have said, consistently, is that I did not knowingly send classified information on my email account. Now, I understand that there are some emails that were erroneously marked as classified, or retroactively marked as classified. The issue, <INSERT INTERVIEWER HERE> is that there is confusion between the various agencies as to how to best classify information. This is an issue other Secretaries of State have dealt with as well, such as Colin Powell, who you remember spoke about this very issue. What I intend to do, as President, is make sure that we have a robust, consistent and, most importantly, safe method of modernizing our classification system. That way, no future Secretary will have to deal with these issues moving forward."

If you really want to kiss ass

"And, again, as I've said, using a private email server was a mistake. I admit that. However, we can use this issue to move forward in strengthening our information security policies. I think this is an opportunity, <INSERT INTERVIEWERS NAME HERE> to get serious about data protection. And my administration will do just that.
