Street Fighter V |OTV| BUFF MY MAIN & NERF THE CHARACTER I JUST LOST TO

I wish Capcom can simulate rollback in training. "Blocks Ken Cr.lk, Skips entire walk animation and get thrown".

*opponent walks back*

*you walk forward*

*Opponent walks forward*

*you walk back*

*Opponent teleports right in front of you*

*opponent sweeps you at point blank range because you're can't react*

Some turd RQ on me when I stunned him from 1 round down.. in a casual match. I wouldn't usually bother venting, but it's my first day playing in a fair while, and only the third match in. How is this still a thing.

Alex is definitely going to be able to remove his jacket. This is going to be awesome. :)
Too bad his default doesn't do something similar. His default would be greatly improved we could at least have the option to loosen his suspenders pre-match. Suspenders on bare skin look pretty dumb.
I think when Alex's original costume comes out he'I'll probs have what urien has and tears it off.

At least I hope.
Two things

1. Tearing a leather jacket in half might be one of the more impressive IRL things a character could do in this game.

2. What a waste of a perfectly good bomber jacket.

What should I be using as Urien's anti-air? Does he have any reliable anit-airs? His crouching HP is hard to hit people with and so is his standing HK.

St.HK for close and f.mp for far jumps.

Just practice stand hk. in training mode against a dummy jumping in.

His f.mp totally makes sense, don't know why I didn't think of using it, thanks.

I'll have to keep practicing his st.HK. I seem to only hit that 50% of the time during matches.

His anti-airs aren't great.

If someone is constantly crossing you up, try to dash forward to get out of it. No godlike jab to get out of it for Urien.

It's really a shame that people are still running into them. I legit haven't had a rage quit in about 3 weeks. And I play Guile.

I've had 2-3 disconnects but I don't think they were rage quits. The match was usually in the opponent's favor each time.

Also it requires a read, but obviously his hp fireball is good too and should be used sometimes.

So I jumped back in for the first time in months after I heard they rolled back the driver thing on PC. It felt really good to just play again. I even bought Necalli's Capcom Pro Tour outfit because it's cool as hell. Went into ranked for a bit and did about 50/50, same as always.

I was really excited to see how they implemented dailies, but was really disappointed with the results. They had so many ways to implement it and they chose the laziest one possible. Things like "v-triggers" used was great, but it only gave 100 FM. Meanwhile, just watching the last chapter of Karin's story mode and skipping it gives 5000 FM....i mean what the hell. Maybe I'm just attuned to the way Destiny does dailies, but at least they give you things to do in gameplay to get your daily stuff done. I hope they re-tool the missions a bit, it could be a compelling reason for casuals like myself to play regularly.

I'm really glad the costume mods are still in, they're still the best part of the game, IMO.

Is Karin's anti-air jab considered godlike or decent?

It's pretty good. EDIT: oops, thought I read HP.

It's not like Urien is without escape tools. His forward dash is really fast and YOLO Tackle, Headbutt or Violence Knee can get you out of dodge, provided you're aiming away from the corner.

He's better at receiving far jump-ins. fMP and HK are great at knocking people out of the air.

I use it a lot to anti-air. I land it 75% of the time and find it easier to judge than S.HP.

I still haven't been able to punish afterwards with a cross under mixup (outside of training mode), so maybe I shouldn't use it. =(
That's not a good quota if you eat a 350+ hp combo 25% of the time

I was hoping for something like breaking cars or barrels...etc you know some mini games but i guess i was being too ambitious.

Baiting your opponent with a shimmy is pretty awesome, but reading your opponent's shimmy and punishing is even better.
