I don't know if Phase 4 made me lose interest in the MCU, but this looks like goofy, low-budget crap. (seriously that part at 0:38 looks like a student film what the fuck)

You obviously never read the comics because all 3 of them have been Ms. Marvel or Captain Marvel in the comics at one point or another (Kamala hasn't been Captain Marvel, tho .. she's just Ms. Marvel)

I didn't need to read Captain Marvel comics to know who each of them are... Though I have read some. Mostly the latter Monica Rambeau and early Carol Danvers Captain Marvel comics... And have volume 1 of Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan).
I'm deep into comics ... 35 years now.
And it still boggles my mind that so many gamers don't read comics.

A person can only have so many hobbies. Time/money and all. I've been reading comics for over 30 years at this point myself, but my peak was in the 90's. I don't have the time or resources for everything. Comics can be a huge commitment. There are no easy "jumping in" points for newcomers really. Like that character? Ok. There's 40 years' worth of stories spread across 30 different titles to catch up on. It's a lot.

I don't understand how anyone can be excited about this considering the recent track record of what they have produced. On top of that, these actors are the least liked and have been in some of the worst movies they ever made.
Disney isn't making movies based on a director's vision or a story that needs to be told, they do it because they planned for a phase of movies. This is just another soulless cog in the machine.
Disney has found a way to bypass quality through overwhelming hype on social media. They sell movies based on trailers, Twitter, and Youtube.
We gotta oppose this, we have to right the ship and have movies live and die by their stories, acting, and production, not by social media metrics. This is why it's important to stand against this fake form of filmmaking and let Disney know it has to stop.
