You have no idea how scary those things are when they are right next to you in Wind Waker. I remember playing the game turning the camera to the right only to see those things about to chomp my ass while grinning like that.

I shudder to think of how it will be in the HD version.

I don't know what it is about it.
Maybe it's the way he tries to walk towards you, but stumbles because he is missing a leg. Maybe is the fact that he doesn't have a head but still seems to sense and be able to see you.
Maybe it's the fact that you can hear one of these motherfuckers breathe through a fucking wall in one of the zones. Yes, these fuckers breathe.

I don't know what it is, but I know they are always waiting. Waiting for you. They don't say a word...They stumble their way towards you like a cripple in a furious rage, and if they get you...prepare to die.

This is the most fucking ungodly creature I've ever encountered in a videogame.

The fact that Redeads were enemies in a fucking Nintendo game gave me nightmares for days.

I finished Uncharted 3 a few days ago. Without getting too spoilery, in the later part of the game, there's an enemy that suddenly gets much faster after taking a set amount of damage. Oh, and they're bullet sponges, so you're left with an enemy that teleports and absorbs bullets like it ain't no thang. Their AI is also set up to teleport away from grenades.

I know what you talk about, I never did finish that game because of them. I tried but I would die in the same place all the time. They teleport and some of them shoot rockets at you. I hated that part.

In The Last of Us around 5 hours in when you're cut off from Ellie because an elevator falls under you, what the hell where those things you fight when you're trying to make your way back up to her? You get out of the water and at first I only heard faint sounds, did the listen thing and saw three of them. I sat in a pitch black room with no flashlight on, but all three of them somehow found me, killed me and scared the living shit out of me. They acted like runners but looked like clickers. Turned my ps3 off and haven't played since yesterday because of that.

I was co-oping through 3-1 with a friend, who hadn't really seen them up close as I killed them ranged. He was messing around with an iron maiden while I shot another one, and it rushed us while he was unprepared. His reaction was legendary.
