Wait, the judge seems smarter on this subject than him.
he could go to mcdonalds at leastI hope this guy doesn't have any aspirations of ever working anywhere other than the FTC. Because it ain't happening.

MS’s case is all about taking their good word. Specially on Cloud.
He was talking lack of ability to analyse if the 10year deals being a win for gamers, and the FTC "winning" by having got other providers deals as a Microsoft concession for the merger"I don't think we won" - FTC Lawyer
Whelp ......
I'm still hoping for a twist wherein the FTC wins.
Anyone got links?
I can only read about how bad the FTC is being so much before needing to hear it myself.
The FTC's doing much better on cloud arguments than the console ones.
EDIT: Bringing up good points that MS conveniently offered no contracts on cloud for Google and Amazon.
Like every other publisher?
you think SE puts their shit on Sony first because they like Sony?
They do it because they can make money.
when they put it on another console- they also make money lol.
When I try to leave, the judge sucks me back in, lol. Sony should up their subscription game with day 1 releases.
but minecraft dungeons and heroes were made long after that aquisition...... you might find it hard to believe but maybe they actually wanted to continue to keep minecraft's fanbase as one unified thing regardless of platform and keep games set in that world, as multiplatform to keep that player base together? its perfectly plausible.Well yeah, kinda hard to remove a game already out. And why didn't they despite Spencer wanting to when he can make that call?

I hope you never become a judge or lawyer, jesus. This is the entire case here.
Yet the judge keeps making it complicated. It’s better for the consumer when these competitor compete for third party content.
When Hoeg of all people starts to set-up a U-turn..
Sony should up their subscription game with day 1 releases.
Sure. Those 10-year deals give Microsoft ample room to walk. And they get to keep ALL the money made. Not the typical 70/30 split. They keep 100%. That is not typical and if those are the kind of deals you're talking about, you're a fool for believing that is normal or a deal Sony shouldn't have turned down
They already fucking told you why. Bobby fucking told you why
