Microsoft comes under blistering criticism for “grossly irresponsible” security

The Power of the Cloud™ means you don't have any control over the security of your organization's network anymore. And, well, Microsoft is well known for security flaws and vulnerabilities in Windows. This might be Microsoft's Windows XP moment for cloud. Amazon and Google licking their lips right now, they're probably going to be getting some sweet government contracts soon.

What do you mean by “XP” moment? XP was amazing. Did you mean Windows Me or Vista?

Specific failings, Wyden said, included Microsoft having “a single skeleton key that, when inevitably stolen, could be used to forge access to different customers’ private communications.
Did China use US security's requested back door access to get into US Government systems? Not saying that's what happened, but we know governments like back door access.

But I'm not going to forget the idiom that you shouldn't attribute to malice that which can be attributed to incompetence.
