Pizza Hut Korea's Ridiculous New Star-Shaped Pizza is Dessert & Dinner in One

Pizza Hut Korea's latest creation comes topped with surf & turf and stuffed with dessert. It's shaped like a star so they're calling it the "Star Edge Pizza."

It comes topped with shrimp, calamari, homemade sausage, bacon, and steak and comes with a crust that is folded into little turnovers filled with either cranberry and cream cheese or a cinnamon apple nut and cream cheese.

The way it's topped, it almost looks like a stir-fry dish inside of a pizza bowl...

The price tag on the Star Edge Pizza is 28,900 won (~$26.96 US) for a medium and 34,900 won (~$32.52 US) for a large. For a more apples-to-apples comparison, a large pepperoni pizza is 19,900 won (~$18.56 US).

My university had a mashed potato pizza that was surprisingly good.

Interesting. I eat pizza crust first so I guess I get the sweet stuff before the savory. Or just take off the crust and eat it separately.

Korean pizza is delicious. There was a Korean pizza/fried chicken joint I stumbled across in Orange County that had the best potato pizza.

It's not bad. Or at least the one I had wasn't. Don't know if it was this place though--all I know is that it was a pizza topped with tandoori chicken from a place in Edmonton.

The only sweet stuff I tolerate in my non-dessert food is ketchup or bbq sauce.

Also that price for pizza hut wtf.
