Yep, the big PS5 reveal was because of BLM protests, not covid. Luckily we solved racism and no other terrible event is happening right now or will ever happen in the future!

Wouldn't surprise me if it was delayed a bit. The situation ongoing is extremely tense and at the forefront of public eye.
There's even calls on Sony to take action, so they might consider it ill-timed to have an event, though I argue we could all use some good news in these(arguably) frightening times.

I kind of hope it is. I think Forspoken has a lot of potential, but they do need to work on it a bit more. Tone down the language, improve dialogues, significantly improve facial animation and character models, frame rates, and overall polish.
All that could be the difference of 5-7 MC score in the end.
