The parts you care about.
12900k
MSI 3080ti SUPRIM X
G.SKILL 3600 64GB DDR4.

Monitors are
Asus rog swift pg279qm 240hz
Acer predator 165hz.

Second black box is a hackintosh. Also I've replaced the green XLR cable with a black one.

Low to mid? Not sure, I don't keep up. Built this PC last year cheaply aiming for "budget".

1080ti,
32GB Ram,
I7-11700k.

I mostly play really old PC games but will sprinkle some "newer" stuff in from time to time.

Two gaming PCs, one in my office and one in my bedroom:

Ryzen 7 5800x
EVGA 3080 Ti
32GB DDR4

i7-13700k
Nvidia FE 3090
32GB DDR5

So mid to high end?

i just made for my son since he was complaining his 2080ti + 3600 was lagging him in roblox, lol.

Connected to an LG C9 OLED @ 4K.

Truly, the greatest machine I have ever owned. I will never, ever stray from the high end again.

Second box is a 3080 in my old 6800k. With DLSS, it's perfectly paired with my 2K GSYNC monitor. That's sitting upstairs.

And the third box is an old 1080ti powering my server.

Guess mid-range? I don't even know anymore.

My guess is that a lot of PC gamers on this forum would have mid to high-end hardware. Being that we would generally fall into that minority.

32GB DDR4.
And a 1440P Asus ProArt monitor.

This should by all accounts be a midrange PC but certain people on GAF will inevitably call it trash because it can't handle 4k, 240Hz with reetreecing on! :p

Just finished a new build, which I would call mid-high in terms of current gen, but squarely high end as far as PC gaming in general.

i7-13700k
RTX 4070Ti
32GB DDR5-6400

Definitely handles whatever I throw at it.

Low end. I'm a console player mainly, so I was rocking a 5600G until very recently, then I brought a second hand GTX1060 6GB. Happily moved on and will wait forever for the next sidegrade.

I have a RTX 4090 / i7 13700k and 32GB DDR5 Ram, yet I find myself exclusively gaming on the Steam Deck 🤦‍♂️

Low end, tiny little mini PC , small enough to mount on the back of my monitor. Not for gaming, although it can play some older games at 1080p.

AMD Ryzen 5700x
Geforce RTX 3080 10GB
16GB of DDR4

Perfect match for my 1440p 60hz Ultrawide monitor.
Mid end tier I guess

Guess it is below low by today standards, it plays most games at 1080 mid settings though

I had a pretty decent mid range pc until my kid requisitioned it. Had a PS5 too but that also magically transported itself into her room. Now all I got is a Series S. It ain’t bad but I’m getting tired of the cat giving me pitying looks every time I put it on.

High end, I'd say although I'm looking to upgrade motherboard and CPU in the next year or so.

I have a laptop with a 1050ti which of course can't really run modern AAA properly, but it still works great for most indies and retro stuff.

Damn man. I have a 5600 attached to my 7900xt and find it pushing over 100fps in virtually everything. Why the change?

High end?

I'd say so, yeah.

I may not if performance stays as it is, but I'm anticipating components bottlenecking my GPU at some point with some games. If that doesn't happen as soon as I think then I'll hold off.

High end and I still prefer my PS5.
In my opinion PC gaming really went to shit in the 20 series launch for a variety of reasons.

i7 6700K
RTX 3060ti
16GB

Now that I sold my PS5 and went PC only I'll probably do a high end build when the next Intel gen releases.

Temps were going into the 90s with my 7900xt, so removed the front glass of my case for science. Now getting temps 15 degrees lower.

Now i’m high end, but topless.

I want to upgrade the GPU, but I refuse to pay crypto prices for a new GPU.
Waiting for AMD to get back to reality.

Mostly play on my PS5 anyway, so no rush. 😉
