Yes the 3DS is the US version and Maxcriden is taking care of all the tracking of who has entered. He did a thread like this before where people donated and took part in a giveaway that was successful. He's a good guy and very organized.

Rules update: the giveaway will continue until we hit $10k total between Paypal and the GFM page, within reason. I believe we can achieve this goal. We will continue taking donations of items to give away as long as people would like to donate them, in the meantime.
