I don't think they've had a single bad thing to say about him, and in fact they've actually defended and praised him since the firing. Suggesting that he was wronged. From what I understand, the President is basically above the law - the courts and police can't touch him (it's more complicated than that, I know)

It's up to Congress to impeach and remove him. Only then can he be thrown in jail.

Comey's memos are multiple pages per memo in high detail about every conversation and meeting he had with Trump. Normal thing for FBI agents to do, they create fallback for when accurate recall is needed and just general paper trail. Something you don't easily strike down as lies.

Yea they already are saying he's lying but Comey's memo will hold up in court (based on past precedence)

It's an office memorandum with time stamps and second hand verification. The FBI isn't a joke when it comes to this stuff.
