Having quickly glanced through the video, for the money the series X isn't doing too bad, albeit at 30fps.
Granted, I'm not watching this at 4k though since I'm on my phone at the moment.
It's a bit silly to make this comparison, the real one to be made will be how the series X stacks up against the PS5 in this game.

It looked like it held its own pretty damn good to me. Also 2080ti performance out of a $500 console that includes an SSD is remarkable. Stop trolling. A year ago ppl would have chopped off thier left nut for this to be real.

You know, I'm just blown away that a $500 console doesn't outperform a $700 video card. Keep in mind the console contains CPU/GPU/PSU/CASE/16GB GDDR6 RAM all for that price. The GPU costs $700 alone.

What an incredibly stupid comparison. Why not just compare the XSS version to the 3090 and be done with it.
We were expecting 2080 level performance, so this is actually even more impressive than what we were previously calling 'beastly'.

actually going by the performance of Minecraft Pathtracing we were expecting RTX2070 performance, but that pathtraced demo was also put together by only a singly guy within 2 weeks... so, it was hard to judge, and 2080ti level is a huge step up from that expectation.

There are only medium, high and ultra ray tracing levels for WD: L. Medium vs ultra is only ~6 fps difference.
